Weekly Menu - March 4 through March 10

Sorry for the weekly menu hiatus last week, but now I'm back and ready to go!  Here's the menu for this week:

• Sunday - Doritos Taco Bake via Plain Chicken
• Monday - Lemon Alfredo with Chicken and Prosciutto with green salad also via Plain Chicken
• Tuesday - Slow Cooker Red Beans and Rice also via Plain Chicken
• Wednesday - Smokehouse Chicken with Corn Pudding, both also via Plain Chicken (can you tell where my inspiration is coming from this week?!  I can't resist how good all of these recipes sound!)
• Thursday - Sloppy Joe Grilled Cheese with fries via BlogChef.net
• Friday - Off Night/Leftovers
• Saturday - Off Night/Leftovers
