The Gatlyns

So I was browsing through the Weddingbee Blog when I came across a post written by Miss Brooch about the ritual of foot washing during a wedding ceremony.  She is considering it for her wedding, and during her research she stumbled across a video that is truly a beautiful representation of a couple's love for each other.  You can tell it was a very emotional and loving event for this couple, and I couldn't help but fall in love with them!

I knew I recognized the woman from the video, and it turns out she was on a TV show called Girl Meets Gown.  Her segment is featured below:


I distinctly remember the episode and how beautiful of a person she seemed to be.  She appeared to be so full of love for her future husband and for God, and I really admired her free "boho" spirit.

Discovering these videos led me to her proposal video, some of which is featured in the Girl Meets Gown segment.  I love her reaction when she finally sees her boyfriend walking up the beach towards her, around 4:15!


I was definitely excited when I found that she has two blogs out in cyberspace, Boho Chic Bride and Boho Baby Bump!  I loved seeing that not only has her marriage thrived, but she and her husband have added a sweet little boy to their family.  I absolutely adore love stories like this, and I hope God blesses them for years to come :)
